A consultation fee is required when booking with Dr. Zamora and Dr. Kober. The fee is collected at the time of scheduling, used to hold the appointment, and is placed as a credit on your account to be used towards any aesthetic treatment or surgical procedure in our office.

A credit card is required when booking at our Med Spa. In the event you do not cancel your appointment within 24-hours notice, we will charge the card on file.

If you can't keep your appointment, please provide us with at least 24-hour notice. This courtesy will make it possible for us to give your appointment to another patient. Cancellations without 24-hour notice and no-show appointments are charged $50. If you are more than 10-minutes late for your appointment, we will be unable to treat you and you will be charged a $50 same day cancellation fee and asked to reschedule. We reserve the right to refuse service to patients who habitually cancel or no-show. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.
